In order to apprise parents of their wards’ progress, Parent Teacher Associations are held where parents /guardians meet the class and subject teachers of their wards every year particularly after the Half Yearly Examination. Special attention is paid to the under-achievers whose progress is intimated to guardians at regular intervals.

In tune with the times the school takes special care to offer computer classes to all students.There are a number of computer sets in specially furnished,air conditioned class rooms for the young learners’ academic progress. Programming languages for basic & advanced learners form the background of this course of study. Interest of students is sustained by the use of multimedia demonstrations wherein computerised Audio-Video presentations are conducted. Keeping abreast with the times, subjects are intermingled through programmes related to Mathematics and logical problems. MS-DOS, dBase and WINDOWS are just a few of the trainings imparted by our able staff of this Department. The latest awe-inspiring fund of knowledge available to the student community via the “Internet & Website” are thrown open to our young learners as well.

Set apart from regular classrooms this venue is a special favourite with all students. Equipped with the latest models of TV, VCR and overhead projector, the curiosity of students and the thirst for knowledge is satiated with great satisfacton in this class. Frequent use of video and audio cassettes provide a vast range of knowledge and give tremendous exposure to the receptive minds. Students make full use of the room when they are putting up a class presentation or attending a workshop or educational seminar. A unique way of combining the traditional with the modern is the concept behind setting up this unit.

The school has a well-equipped library with books on a wide range of subjects, which are a rich source of information to the students for widening their knowledge zone. It also boasts of some very thought provoking books which are a part of Sri L.N Birla collection. Days are allotted by turns to all classes for borrowing books to inculcate in them the reading habit.

Care is taken to ensure that students are in good heath all through the year. Free medical check-up of every student is done twice every year and parents apprised through health cards which are updated from time to time.
