In keeping with the trends of the 21st century we have adopted technology aided learning by installing Smart Boards in the Junior Section . This enables the teaching learning process in an interactive and three dimensional capacity. All classroom teaching is done with the software installed by Educomp giving the students a chance to assimilate the concepts clearly thus making learning 'fun'.

Our teaching staff is continuously upgrading their skills by attending various workshops and parents are also offered assistance in various parent workshops to gain mastery over the handling of their wards.

Teachers are recruited under strict scrutiny giving close attention to quality , as the school pays salaries according to the 5th Pay Commission as per State Government norms.All teachers wards study free and meritorious students are given scholarships/freeships according to merit and/or economic considerations at the discretion of the management.

Qualified and professional counselors are available at every stage for the guidance of the students and parents.

For the safety and security of the young students special security arrangements have been put in place. This has been done as per the guidelines by the city's police force. A close circuit television surveillance has been installed and an effective fire fighting system with a large underground water tank and smoke detectors are an additional measure taken up by the school.Regular fire drills are conducted to help your ward understand the process to be followed in the event of a fire.

To ensure un-interrupted power supply noiseless generators and HT Transformers have been installed , to successfully service all the new facilities added in the school.

All pedagogical and infrastructural changes were possible due to the continuous efforts of the members of the School Managing Committee , the faculty members , staff and the administrative team at the Birla High School.
